Make the office team a family away from home; let employees have fun in office. An employee spends most of their waking life with them after all. Engaged Employees seek opportunities for career growth, talent appraisal and idea implementation. These talented employees are genuinely passionate about their jobs, wants a chance to show their colours.  In a nutshell, the former wants to be comfortable and the latter wants to be challenged.  Satisfied Employees are happy the way things are and enjoy their work environment and dutifully fulfil responsibilities and deliverables.
